You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, making a payment, or communicating with us.

However, certain Chirag Pure Copper products are handcrafted and may naturally have minor variations in:

- Colour and tone of copper;
- Finish and polish;
- Dimensions within reasonable manufacturing tolerances; and
- Other characteristics arising from the manufacturing process.
Such reasonable handcrafted variations do not by themselves constitute a product defect.
We do not use this provision to exclude or limit responsibility for genuine manufacturing defects, incorrect products, material discrepancies, or other issues covered by our Return & Refund Policy or applicable law.
Product photographs may also vary slightly depending on lighting, photography conditions, and the display characteristics of your device.
3. Product Weight and Packaging
Where a weight is displayed for shipping or logistics purposes, it may represent the approximate gross/shipping weight, including the product and applicable packaging materials.
Where legally required, product quantity or net quantity information will be provided separately from packaging weight.
4. Prices and Taxes
All product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices, offers, discounts, and promotional terms may be changed or withdrawn from time to time.

If an order is affected by a genuine pricing or system error, we may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount paid for that order will be refunded as applicable.

An order is considered accepted immediately upon successful order placement and confirmation, subject to payment authorization and product availability.
We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

- Product unavailability;
- Incorrect or incomplete order information;
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous orders;
- Delivery/serviceability limitations; or

If an accepted order needs to be cancelled for reasons attributable to us, any amount already paid for the cancelled order will be refunded as applicable.
6. Payment
Payments are processed through available payment methods and payment service providers supported on our website.
Available payment methods may include:

- UPI;
- Net banking;
- Wallets or other payment methods made available through the payment gateway; and
- Partial COD, where available.
Payments made through the website may be processed by PayU or other authorized payment service providers.
We do not intend to store your complete card credentials on our own systems.
If a payment fails but an amount has been debited from your account, the amount will generally be reversed or refunded through the relevant payment provider/bank within the applicable processing period.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
The Shipping & Delivery Policy covers matters including:
- Order processing;
- Courier pickup;
- Delivery timelines;
- Shipping charges;
- Tracking;
- Delivery attempts;
- RTO shipments;
- Lost shipments;
- Delivery delays;
- Partial COD;
- Packaging and transit damage; and
- Other delivery-related matters.
By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping & Delivery Policy applicable to that order.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Eligible returns may include qualifying cases such as:
- Damaged or defective products;
- Incorrect products supplied;
- Incorrect size supplied by Chirag Pure Copper; or
- Other material discrepancies accepted under our Return & Refund Policy.

9. No Direct Exchanges
We do not provide direct product exchanges as a standard service.
Where a return has been approved and a customer wishes to receive another product, the replacement purchase may be handled as a new order, subject to product availability and the applicable terms.
10. Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is subject to the applicable cancellation provisions communicated by Chirag Pure Copper and the status of the order.
Once an order has entered processing, dispatch, or transit, cancellation may not be possible.
Where cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable policy.
